To provide governance and secretarial services to the Board of Commissioners and all sub-committees of the board. Ensure Board resolutions are implemented by Management.
Job Functions Legal
Industries Government / Municipal
•Provision of advisory and secretarial services to the Board of Commissioners
•Management of the Commission’s Exco meetings
• Integration and implementation of strategic business plan of the Commission
•Management of Commission’s diplomatic relationships and other shareholder’s and stakeholder’s engagement activities
•Management of board meetings and records
•Overall divisional management, budget preparation and control
•Divisional performance management

Job requirements:

•LLB Degree or equivalent qualification in Corporate Law
•Specialist’s knowledge of Commercial / Company Law and Corporate Governance
•Registration as Associate or Fellow Chartered Secretary with an international Institute of Company Secretaries will be an added advantage.
•Admitted Legal Practitioner with 3 years experience will be an added advantage.
•5 years of experience as Company Secretary
•8 years of experience in a corporate environment

Preference will be given to qualified persons living with disabilities.
